About Dennis

Dennis Bairos lives in Texas with his wife and three kids. He’s spent the last twenty years in the fitness and business world — leading large teams, building things, and trying to do it well. Some days that means running operations. Other days it looks more like coaching from the sidelines at a youth game, trying not to care too much… and caring anyway.Like most guys, he’s taken on plenty himself that probably didn’t need to be done alone. He’s not a doctor, therapist, or expert in anything resembling masculine psychology. He’s just someone who started noticing patterns — in himself, in his father, in friends, in guys at the gym, in dads on the sidelines — and once he saw them, couldn’t really unsee them. That’s where Wired Like This came from. Not a fix. Not a system. Just a clearer look at things that already feel normal. This is his first book. He’s not entirely sure it’ll be his last — though there’s enough notes, half-written ideas, and unfinished thoughts to suggest otherwise. Another one is already in the works. Shorter. Funnier. Probably a little harder to read without wincing at least once.If this book found you, he’d like to hear about it.

Short reads on awareness, discipline, and staying sharp when it matters.
